Easy, just where ever you are, whatever you’re doing, start talking to God in your head. It doesn’t have to be a formal “Dear God, I give thanks….” kinda thing because personally I can’t pray like that and feel really awkward. start with something like “So.. I know its been a long time since i last prayed and i know i drifted away from you but could you take me back? help me get closer” sort of thing. The way i pray is very similar to how i talk to my friends, just say what comes into my head. God will understand you and help you. Just start praying to God and he’ll  listen.  God Bless
